Free Sky+ box offer: Offer only available to new customers taking a Sky TV subscription and existing Sky TV customers introducing a friend and staying with Sky TV for another year. Free Sky+ box set-up is £30 for new customers, £60 for existing customers. Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Only one Free Sky+ box per customer. Sky+ can store an average of 40 hours of programmes at a time. Offer ends 23 July 2009.

Sky+: Free when you join Sky TV. £99 when existing customers sign up to another 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One per household and not available if you already have Sky+/SkyHD/Sky+HD. Sky+ can store an average of 40 hours of programmes. Sky+ box price £199 for customers not eligible for £49 box price (Sky TV subscription required). Sky+ functionality requires a Sky+ subscription (free for Sky TV customers, or £9.75 pm) and two satellite feeds.

Sky+HD: £9.75 pm for the HD Pack. Sky Movies/Sports HD channels depend on your Sky TV package. Sky+HD box £49 when you take the HD Pack and Sky TV and existing customers sign up to another 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One £49 box per household and not available if you already have SkyHD/Sky+HD box. Sky+HD box price £199 for customers not eligible for £49 box price (Sky TV and HD Pack subscriptions required). Sky+ functionality requires a Sky+ subscription (free for Sky TV customers, or £9.75 pm) and two satellite feeds. Sky+HD can store an average of 30 hours of high definition and 80 hours of standard definition programmes. HD ready TV required. Luxe TV HD, Channel 4 HD and BBC HD are available without subscription. Channel 4 HD requires a viewing card.

Standard set-up: Standard set-up for £49 Sky+HD box is free for new customers and £30 for existing (free if taken with Multiroom). Standard set-up for free Sky+ box is £30 for new customers. Standard set-up for £99 Sky+ box is £60 for existing customers (£30 if taken with Multiroom). Standard set-up for a Sky box is £60 for new and existing customers. Standard set-up £117.45 without Sky TV. Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Set up for existing customers taking Sky Broadband is £60 for Base, £30 for Everyday & Connect or free for Unlimited.

Sky TV subscription and VAT changes: Packages currently £16.50-£46 a month. From 1/9/09 most prices will increase by up to £1.50 a month and from 1/1/10 by no more than a £1 a month due to VAT change. (HD Pack & Multiroom prices increase by 25p a month.)

Remote Record: Recording requests must be made at least 30 minutes before start of programme. Confirmation costs 25p. Mobile network charges apply. See sky.com for full details.
