What happens next?
When you order Sky TV, you'll be asked to choose a date for our professional technicians to come and install it. On your chosen installation day, the Sky engineer will discuss where to put a discreet black minidish (just 60cm across) on the outside of your home, connect your equipment and show you how to use Sky TV.
Will all the products I've ordered be installed at the same time?
If you take Multiroom we'll also install equipment in another room for you at the same time.
How long will it take to install?
A standard installation usually takes no longer than one hour. Our professional installers make it as quick and fuss free as possible. You'll hardly notice that they’ve been.
Can I choose a time slot?
If you're in the timed installation area, you can request a morning or afternoon installation time, either between 9am and 1pm, or between 12pm and 5pm. If you're not in the timed installation area, our 'all-day call' policy applies. Our engineer will call with an estimated time of arrival on either the evening before the visit or before 9am on the day of the visit. Installation times are from 9am to 5pm.
How much will installation cost?
Standard set-up for new Sky TV customers joining online is £30 (£15 if you take Multiroom) with a Sky+ box or Sky+HD box and the HD Pack. Standard set-up for existing Sky TV customers is £60 (£30 if you take Multiroom) with a Sky+HD box and the HD Pack, or £60 with a Sky+ box. Standard set-up for new and existing Sky TV customers is £60 with a Sky box.
Can I create my own package?
You can make sure you get the entertainment you want to watch by building your own Sky TV combination. If you have any questions please call 08442 411 268. Lines open daily 8.30am to 11pm.
