It's easy to switch to Sky
If you already have a BT landline, you can keep your existing phone number and we'll deliver the Sky Talk service down your existing BT landline. We even activate your Sky Talk service remotely, so there's no need for us to visit your home or for you to take time off work to get connected - it really couldn't be simpler! And the great service doesn't stop there – once you're connected, there are Sky Talk agents available 24/7 to help you with any queries.

We can help you get a BT line
If you're a Sky TV customer and you currently have your phone service with a cable or unbundled provider, then Sky may be able to arrange to activate a BT compatible line for you. We'll handle all aspects of your line activation with BT Openreach so you don't need to worry about it. Plus we'll also try to keep your existing phone number to ensure minimum disruption.

Free Evening & Weekend calls
If you're a Sky TV customer, you can get Sky Talk Freetime (free evening and weekend UK landline calls) at no extra cost to your monthly TV subscription (BT or Sky Talk line rental payable).

Save on calls to directory enquiries
All Sky Talk customers enjoy a 25% discount on all calls to 118SKY (that's 118 759) from their Sky Talk landlines. 118SKY, the directory enquiry service that's cheaper than 118 118.²

Please note:

1. UK calls are to 01, 02, 03 & 0870 numbers only (excludes calls to Channel Islands, indirect access numbers, dial-up Internet access and 070 numbers). Calls to 0871 numbers cost no more than 10p per minute plus 9p connection fee. Calls to 070 numbers cost no more than 48p per minute, with a maximum connection fee of 50p. 'Free' and 'unlimited' calls last up to an hour, after which 5.25p per minute rate apply to UK calls and Sky Talk standard international rates apply, or you can hang up and redial as often as you like. 2. Calls to 118SKY cost 18.75p per minute (plus a 51.75p connection charge) for Sky Talk customers calling from their Sky Talk landline. From BT landlines calls cost 25p per minute (plus a 69p connection charge). Calls from other providers may vary. Sky Customer Services 08442 41 41 41.

3. Line rental from BT costs £12.50 a month for customers who pay by direct debit and receive paper billing (£11.25 with paperless billing). Sky Talk customers can request paper billing at no extra cost.

Sky Talk: 12 month minimum term applies to new Sky Talk customers and to existing customers taking up Sky Talk Line Rental. Sky Talk is only available to Sky digital subscribers paying by Direct Debit/continuous credit card mandate. Calls only packages not available to BT line rental customers with BT Basics or if outgoing calls are barred. Compatible BT line required for Sky Talk line rental.
