    Unlimited for unlimited calls at any time to the UK and 20 international destinations, and 25% cheaper rates to UK mobiles, compared to BT’s 'Unlimited Weekend Plan' for £5 per month.

    Order online and we'll contact your current phone provider to arrange the switch, you don't need to do anything else.

  • All you need is a working telephone and an active BT line.
    When you join Sky Talk, BT will service your line and can provide services such as voicemail and call minder.
    You may even be able to keep your current phone number while benefitting from great call rates.

  • When you order online, we ask you to enter your main landline number, including the area code. This enables us to check that you have a working BT landline - essential for ordering Sky. We can also check to see which Sky Broadband and Sky Talk products your telephone line can support and tell you instantly before you order.

  • You can just make calls as you did with your previous BT compatible line - there are no prefixes or extra codes and numbers that you need to dial when you make a call.

  • If you have kept your line rental with BT, you will continue to receive a bill from them as normal. Your call charges will simply be added to your Sky bill. If you have opted for our Sky Talk Line Rental then both your line rental and calls will be added to your Sky TV bill.
    You can now view, and pay online by signing into the My Sky page of our Sky.com website.

    If you have our Sky Talk line rental then this will be serviced through Sky.

  • You will have all the BT services as before such as Call Minder and Call Waiting regardless of whether Sky or BT provides your phone line and the 1471 and 1571 options regardless of whether we or BT provide your phone line.

  • If you pay a fixed monthly rate, you will continue to pay your Internet Service Provider. If you use dial-up, the charges will appear on your Sky bill. Don't forget that a variety of inexpensive Sky Broadband products are available!

  • You can easily view your Sky statement to keep an eye on how much you're spending on calls. To view your latest bills, log into My Sky or press interactive on your Sky remote control to see the Customer Support section.

  • For calls to UK mobiles, 0845 and most 0870 numbers:
    Daytime calls are those made between 6am and 6pm, 7 days a week. Evening calls are those made before 6am and after 6pm, 7 days a week.

    For calls to all other numbers:
    Daytime calls are those made between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
    Evening calls are those made before 6am and after 6pm, Monday to Friday
    Weekend calls are those made between midnight Friday and midnight Sunday

  • You can make Free, No Charge and Unlimited calls of up to an hour in length. After that 4p per minute rates will apply to UK landline calls and Sky Talk standard international rates will apply to unlimited international calls. Or you can hang up and redial as often as you like.

  • Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Rep, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA. Also included are calls to mobiles in Canada and USA.

  • Dialling 141 before a telephone number will withhold your number for that call.

    If you have a permanent number withhold facility on the telephone line for all outbound calls, you can choose to release your telephone number for that one call by dialling the prefix 1470.

    If you have any enquiries regarding a permanent withhold applied to all outbound calls, please contact BT to discuss this.

  • Your Sky Talk order should be active around 14 days after your Sky TV is installed and active. When your Sky Talk service begins your payment will be collected at the same time and under the same instruction as your Sky TV.
    We will notify you by letter when your service is up and running and also let you know how much your bill will be for all your sky services 10 days before your payment date each month.
    In the meantime should you need to discuss any aspect of your Sky Services, Sky Talk Features or Calling Plan please contact Customer Service.

  • This level of restriction will stop calls to both premium rate and international calls as it is not possible to restrict calls to one of these without restricting the other.

¹ UK calls include calls to 01, 02 and 03 numbers only (excluding Channel Islands).
'Free', 'Unlimited' and 'No charge' calls last up to an hour, after which 4p per minute rates apply for UK calls or you can hang up and redial as often as you like. Subject to our Acceptable Use Policy at sky.com/skytalk.
