Introducing new and improved Sky Broadband
Through further investment in our network we will very soon deliver even faster and more reliable services. Our Sky Broadband on-network customers can expect to see further improvements to service reliability, and for our higher tier broadband customers, the opportunity to enjoy even faster speeds too.
We now offer download speeds of up to 20Mb (depending on package selected, customers’ location and line quality) – all at no extra cost. We also thought better services needed new names, so we’ve renamed some of our products: from Monday 22 June Sky Broadband Mid will become Sky Broadband Everyday, and Sky Broadband Max will become Sky Broadband Unlimited.

To consolidate our success at the 2008 awards, Sky Broadband was voted overall winner by consumers in the BroadbandChoices.co.uk 2009 customer satisfaction survey for bundled services and was also highly commended for its value for money and fast download performance for bundled services.

Choose from three fantastic broadband products if you live within our Sky Broadband network area, which covers 71% of the UK population. If you live outside the Sky Broadband area, you can still enjoy fast download speeds with Sky Broadband Connect.
