  1. How do I find out which type of Sky iD I have?
Just visit My Sky and sign in with your Sky iD username and password. Look for the Billing Centre section. If you're the primary account holder, you'll see a choice of links allowing you to change your payment details and due date, track your orders and more. If you see a message saying, "As a Secondary user, you're unable to access billing information. Upgrade your account to view this information,” you may have a secondary account. If you are the Sky subscriber, you can upgrade your account from this page.
  2. Are all Sky iDs the same?
When you join Sky as a subscriber you can set up a primary account, which allows you to manage your billing account online and enjoy the full suite of services. To keep your personal and financial information secure, only subscribers can access the Billing Centre. So that everyone in your household can enjoy Sky Email, personalised TV recommendations and other great services, the primary account holder can create up to 9 secondary accounts and assign them to the rest of the family. Secondary account holders cannot access billing details or make changes to the main account.
