Problems signing in with Sky iD

Sky iD gives you access to your Sky account and services through any web-connected machine, but you need your username and password to keep your personal information and preferences secure. If you forget your username or password, don't worry - you can retrieve this online and receive an instant reminder.

If you forget your username

1. Go to forgotten username page.
2. Enter your email and select Next for a username reminder.
3. If you cannot provide a username, use the Retrieve your username here link and enter a little more information so that we can identify you.

If you forget your password

1. Go to forgotten password page.
2. Enter your username to reset your password.
3. If you cannot remember your username, follow the Retrieve it here link to get a reminder.

If you forget the email address you registered

If you complete the process to retrieve your username or password, but don't receive an email, perhaps you've forgotten, or no longer use the email address you originally registered? If so, don't worry, we just need a little more information so that we can identify you. Fill out the Forgotten Username form or Forgotten Password form and your details can be displayed instantly on your computer screen.
