Your Sky Songs account - signing in

You can try out Sky Songs completely free, browsing albums and playlists for favourites to listen to - but we think you'll love having instant access to Sky Songs' millions of tracks, and want to sign up for unrestricted access to our catalogue of full-length streamable and downloadable music.

Can I use Sky Songs from lots of computers?

Your account lets you sign into Sky.com/songs from any computer running Windows XP or later, or Mac OS X 10.4 or later. Sky Songs can be used with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari browsers. You can even be logged on in several places at the same time, although you can only play music from one computer at a time. If you often use more than one computer, you can remain logged in, but no-one will be able to hear your music if you're listening on another machine, as the music at your other computers will pause automatically.

Can I retrieve a forgotten username or password?

Yes, just follow the 'Sign in' link on the Sky Songs homepage, then on the Sign In page, follow the 'Forgotten your username or password?' link. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reminder of your username or password.

Can I use Sky Songs abroad?

No, Sky Songs is only available where Sky TV is, and can only be used in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
