Share files
Creating albums, libraries, play lists, or folders that contain files that have been backed up or uploaded
There are multiple ways to do this. One way is to do this is:
1. Access the Store page, select the files to be added to the album, library, play lists, or folder and then click the Share from Store button.
2. Enter in the name and description (optional) of the album, library, playlist or folder.
3. Click Next, the album, library, playlist or folder will be created and will contain the selected files.
The type of collection you create will depend on the type of file selected, i.e. you can create albums with your photos, playlists with your music tracks, folders with your documents and libraries with your videos.
Alternatively, you can create the album, play list, library, or folder first and then add files to them.
1. Select the Create New ... link on the Share or Home page or click on the Create New button on the Photo Albums, Music Playlists, Video Libraries or Document Folders page.
2. Then enter in a name and description (optional) for the album, playlist, library or folder.
3. Once the collection is created, click the Add ... button on the individual album, playlist, library, or folder page or click Add ... on the Photo Albums, Music Playlists, Video Libraries or Document Folders page.
4. Select the ... from My Store radio button to select files from your Online Storage. Once you select the files to be added to the album, playlist, library or folder and click Finish, the selected files will be added.
Store & Share automatically generates thumbnails for your photos and uses a portion of the image from its centre. Since most photos are taken with the subject in the middle of the picture, this portion is used so that the thumbnail is small, but also contains enough of the photos subject so that you'll know which picture it is.

Importing Outlook or Outlook Express contacts
Export your contacts from Outlook or Outlook Express into a comma-separated value format (CSV). This is a standard format you can choose to export your contacts in.
Once this is done you can use the file to import into your Store & Share contacts.
For more information, go to "Contacts" from the Home page and click on the Import Contacts button.
Changing the cover art of an album or library
1. Select a photo or video from your album or library in the Share area.
2. Click the Set as cover link and the cover art of your album/library will be updated to use the picture or video you are viewing.
Viewing a slideshow
While viewing your photo albums select an album and click the Slideshow button. Another window will pop-up to display your slideshow.
Sharing albums, libraries, or folders
1. Open the album, libraries, or folder you'd like to share and click the Share button.
2. Enter the email addresses of the contacts you wish to send the invitation to (or if you've invited them before click their name on the right), and either type your own message or use the one provided.
Everyone you send an invitation to will receive an email with a link to your shared files. They can then click on the link in the email and view the slideshow, album or files you have shared with them. They don't have to have a Store & Share account to see what you've shared with them.
