When the Backup Manager runs an auto update of your chosen files, it will only update or upload new or altered files, it wont delete any missing files from your PC from your Store & Share account.
You can access the backed up files in your Store & Share account from any computer by using a web browser to log into your account.
You can also use Backup Manager to restore files from Store & Share to your computer, should you need to.
The Backup Manager setup file that you download is approximately 4MB in size. To run the Backup Manager at its optimal performance, you will require approximately 16.7MB of disk space once installed.
Alternatively, if you have a Starter account, you will need to manually upload the file again in the Upload section online.
You can upload files directly to your account from any computer connected to the Internet. Simply log in to Store & Share, go to Upload and start uploading your personal files.
You can backup up to three PC's to one Store & Share account by installing the Backup Manager on each PC - go to 'Store' to download and install the Backup Manager. All files that you backup will be uploaded to your Store & Share under the name you choose for each PC, next to your Web Uploads.
The date that is shown in Upload is the date that you uploaded the files to your Store & Share account. This date is used so that you can easily find a file based on the date that you uploaded it to your Store space.
Backup Manager is available with Store & Share Standard and Premium accounts. The Backup Manager application is not currently Apple Mac compatible.
