When signing up for a new My Sky account you'll be asked to set up a password. When choosing your password, there are a few rules you must follow which ensure the security of your account. Your password must:

–   Be at least seven characters long
–   Contain a mix of letters and numbers
–   Not start with a number
–   Not contain your username
–   Not contain the word 'password'

You can change your password at any time by signing into My Sky and editing your profile.
