With My Sky, our one-stop online portal, you can:
– Update your My Sky profile.
– Set your preferences to get personalised TV recommendations.
– Sign up to great services like Sky Anytime and Remote Record.
– View your monthly bill.
– Make one-off credit or debit card payments.
– Choose your monthly payment method.
– Change the date on which your payment is due.
– Reset your PIN.
– Set up additional users, so others can benefit from your My Sky services.
– View the status of your Sky TV, Sky Broadband or Sky Talk orders, including the estimated date of your product installations or service calls.
- What does it cost?
Signing up for My Sky is free of charge, however some services such as Sky Anytime or Remote Record by Text may be chargeable.
- Who can use My Sky?
If you're an active Sky TV customer, you can enjoy all the benefits of a My Sky account - regardless of what package you are on.
- I'm not a Sky customer yet, can I sign up?
You can sign up for My Sky if you’re not currently a Sky subscriber. If you've ordered Sky, you can do this to track your order online.
