Adding email addresses to your email address book or safe list

Emails that are sent to multiple recipients, such as regular Sky newsletters, are sometimes mistakenly identified as spam (junk mail) by email programmes and webmail services. To prevent future issues of communications from Sky being deleted or sent to the junk mail folder, you can add specific email addresses to your address book or your safe list. Here are instructions on how to do this for some of the most popular email providers:

2. Copy the sender’s email address (in brackets, following the star).
3. Follow the Contacts link in the left-hand menu.
4. On the Contacts page, follow the Create Contact link.
