Manage Your Sky Payments Account

You can change the personal or payment information on your Sky Payments account at any time. Simply sign in using your Sky iD, then activate the appropriate tabs from the menu on your account management page. You can also top up credits, review order history, check subscription statuses, control what products you are currently subscribed to, and more.

Update your email address and other personal details

Activate the Personal Details tab on your account management page, and enter your new email address or personal details. Use the OK button to save your information.

Update your credit card/debit card information

Activate the Card Details tab on your account management page, then enter your new credit card/debit card details, and then use the OK button to save your changes.

Review your orders

Activate the Order History tab on your account management page to review orders for online products you have placed in the past.

Manage your subscriptions

Activate the Subscriptions tab on your account management page to check your subscription statuses. You can use the Stop Auto-Renew and Set Auto-Renew options to stop or restart recurring payments for your active subscriptions. If you stop recurring payments, your services will become inactive when it is time to renew their subscriptions and your use of them will be suspended. You can restart inactive services using the Reactivate Now link to start making recurring payments again, and regain your use of these subscriptions.
