Manually speed up your package upgrade

The signal to your viewing card can take between 10 to 24 hours to be received, so if you have recently upgraded your Sky viewing package, your new channels may not be available immediately.

If you've ordered a package upgrade, but continue to see an error message asking you to upgrade when you attempt to access one of the channels included in your new package, you can manually speed up your upgrade.
