How to view your Sky Talk bill

To access your statement using your Sky remote control:

1. Press interactive on your Sky remote control.
2. Highlight Sky Active (option 1) and press select. 3. Highlight My Sky Account (using the left/right arrows if necessary) and press select.
4. Highlight Manage My Account using the up/down arrows and press select.
5. When you see the Welcome to your Sky Statement service page, press select to connect online. You will be prompted to enter your viewing card PIN number to continue and view your Sky statement.

Premium rate numbers

For premium rate numbers that are not recognised you can use the Phonepayplus website to discover detailed information about what service is attached to the telephone number, the service provider and what the call rate charge would be.

To view your bill using Sky.com

1. Sign into My Sky.
2. Follow the View My Bill link in the Billing Centre section.
3. On the following page, you will see a summary of your most recent bill.
If you have more than one billing account, select Manage This Account to display a summary of the most recent bill. From here you can also print a copy of your statement. If you have been charged for individual calls, you will see a Call Charges link, leading to an itemised list of all your calls. Any credits applied to your account are reflected in your Total Charges.
