Change your email newsletter preferences

We offer a wide range of fun and informative email newsletters, all free of charge. You can add or delete a particular newsletter at any time, using the steps below. If you change your email address, or want your newsletters sent to a different address, you'll need to unsubscribe using your old email address and then resubscribe using the new one.

Sign in with Sky iD

Sign into www.sky.com/mysky and follow the Manage Profile link link in the Manage Profile section or the menu near the top of your My Sky homepage.

Set your email preferences

Follow the link in the My email preferences section, and you can ensure that you only receive the Sky eNewsletters that you're interested in.

Choose an email address for your e-newsletters

Type your email address in the Please enter the email address you would like your newsletters to be sent page. If you already receive newsletters, please use the email address that we currently send your newsletters to. Submit your changes.

Choose your newsletters

On the Manage your free Newsletters here page tick the box against any newsletters you wish to receive. To stop receiving a newsletter you currently subscribe to, remove the tick. Indicate your other preferences in the Don't miss out section and Submit your settings.
