1. Sign into My Sky.
2. Select View My Bill from the Billing Centre section.
3. You will see the details of your current Sky TV subscriptions and your Sky Talk and Sky Broadband statements, if you subscribe to these services.
1. Press interactive on your Sky remote control.
2. Highlight Sky Active (option 1) and press select.
3. Highlight My Sky Account (using the left/right arrows) and press select.
4. Highlight Manage my account using the up/down arrows and press select.
5. You will see the "Welcome to your Sky Statement service" page. Press select to connect online.
6. Enter your viewing card PIN number when prompted to view your account.
Your Sky Box must connected to a working telephone line to access your Sky account.
