These terms apply to you if you have ordered the HD Pack.
When you ordered the HD Pack you also agreed to subscribe to the Sky HD Service for 12 months from the date your HD box is activated to receive the Sky HD service ("Sky HD Minimum Term"), this means that your Sky HO Subscription Contract must stay in force for at least the Sky HO Minimum Term unless:
(a) You end your Sky digital Subscription Contract (during or after its minimum term) for one of the reasons set out in Condition
1(a) (i) - (iv) of your Sky digital Subscription Contract: or because your Sky digital Subscription Payment has increased by more than the limits set out in Condition
2(c)(i) or (ii) of your Sky digital Subscription Contract, by giving us one calendar month's notice: or because we, SSSL or Sky Publications have broken any of the Conditions of your Sky
digital Subscription Contract, by giving us seven days' notice: or you cancel your Sky digital Service in accordance with the rights set out in "Your Rights to Cancel" in your Sky Contracts booklet (in each case your Sky HO Subscription Contract will automatically end at the same time); or
(b) we change the Conditions which apply to the Sky HO Service and you reasonably consider that you have been disadvantaged by this; or
(c) General Condition 5.3 or Conditions 2.3 or 2.7 of the Sky HO Subscription Contract apply; or
(d) you cancel your Sky HO Subscription Contract in accordance with the rights set out in "Your Rights to Cancel" in your Sky+ or Sky+HD contracts booklet.
You need an active Sky digital Subscription to receive the Sky HO Service. If your Sky digital Subscription Contract ends for any reason then your Sky HO Contract will automatically end at the same time.
If you cancel your Sky HD Subscription Contract during the Sky HD Minimum Term for any other reason (including if it ends automatically because your Sky digital Subscription Contract ends for a reason other than those set out above), or we end it because you have broken its Conditions, you will have to pay us an early termination charge. This early termination charge will be calculated on the basis of the monthly payments you would have paid over the remainder of your Sky HO minimum term less any costs we save, including the cost of no longer providing you with the Sky HO service. These terms may vary the terms of your Sky HO Contract and, if they do, it is these terms which apply.
These terms apply if you have ordered a Sky+ box for £99 or a Sky+HD box for £49 or have taken up any other Sky+ or Sky+HD box offer.
When you ordered your new Sky+ or Sky+HD box you agreed to subscribe to Sky digital for 12 months from the date your new Sky+ or Sky+HD box is activated to receive the Sky digital Service ("New Minimum Term"). If you are an existing Sky digital customer, this New Minimum Term will replace any minimum term that remains under your existing Sky digital Subscription Contract. If you are an existing Sky digital customer who has completed your original minimum term, this New Minimum Term will now apply to you.
The terms and conditions of your Sky digital Subscription Contract relating to the Minimum Term will apply in the same way to your New Minimum Term. This means that your Sky digital Subscription Contract must stay in force for at least the New Minimum Term unless:
(a) You end it for one of the reasons set out in Condition 1(a)(i) - (iv) of your Sky digital Subscription Contract by giving us one calendar month's notice; or
(b) you end it because we, SSSL or Sky Publications have broken any of the Conditions of your Sky digital Subscription Contract by giving us seven days' notice; or
(c) You cancel it in accordance with the rights set out in "Your Rights to Cancel" in your Sky, Sky+ or Sky+HD contracts booklets.
If you cancel your Sky digital Subscription Contract during your New Minimum Term for any other reason, or we end it because you have broken its Conditions, you will have to pay us an early termination charge. We will calculate the early termination charge on the basis of the charges you would have paid for our cheapest available Option (currently 1 Pack) for the remainder of your New Minimum Term less any costs we save, including the cost of no longer providing you with the Sky digital service during this period.
These terms apply to you if you have ordered the Sky+ Service.
When you ordered the Sky+ Service you agreed to subscribe to Sky+ for 12 months from the date your Sky box is enabled to receive the service ("Sky+ Minimum Term"). The Sky+ subscription is currently free whilst you subscribe to Sky digital, but if you cancel your Sky digital subscription you will no longer be eligible for a free Sky+ subscription and may have to start paying our then standard subscription charge for Sky+.
If you cancel your Sky+ Subscription Contract during the Sky+ Minimum Term (other than where you have a right to do so), or we end it because you have broken its Conditions, you may have to pay us an early termination charge.
This early termination charge will not be more than the charges you would have paid over the remainder of your Sky+ Minimum Term, less any costs we save including the cost of no longer providing you with the Sky+ service. We will also take into account any early termination charge you may have paid for Sky digital for the same period before we start making this charge.
These terms may vary the terms of your Sky+ Contract and, if they do, it is these terms which apply.

When you ordered Sky Multiroom you agreed to subscribe for 12 months from the date your relevant Sky box is activated to receive the Multiroom Service ("Multiroom Minimum Term"). You need an active Sky digital Subscription to receive Sky Multiroom. If your Sky digital Subscription Contract ends for any reason then your Multiroom Contract(s) will automatically end at the same time. You will have to pay us an early termination charge, if any of your Multiroom Subscriptions end before the end of the relevant Multiroom Minimum Term, unless:
(a) you end your Sky digital Subscription Contract (during or after its minimum term) for one of the reasons set out in Condition
ll(a)(i) - (iv) of your Sky digital Subscription Contract; or because your Sky digital Subscription Payment has increased by more than the limits set out in Condition 2(c)(i) or (ii) of your Sky digital Subscription Contract, by giving us one calendar month's notice; or because we, SSSL or Sky Publications have broken any of the Conditions of your Sky digital Subscription Contract by giving us seven days' notice; or you cancel your Sky digital Service in accordance with the rights set out in "Your Rights to Cancel" in your Sky Contracts booklet (in each case your Sky Multiroom Contract will automatically end at the same time); or
