Moving can be stressful, so let our dedicated team transfer all your Sky services to your new home. Whether it's TV, Broadband or Talk, let us take some of the chaos out of moving home.
To move Sky to your new home with our online tool you will need to:
Be moving to a home in the UK
Know your moving dates
Know your new home information: address, building type (terraced, flat, semi, etc.)
Be moving in the next 90 days (Please note: if you give us two weeks' notice, we’ll be able to minimise disruption to your services.)
Just to let you know, if you're moving home with Sky Broadband or Talk, we'll need to call you back to complete your order. We'll make this call within 48 hours of you submitting your Home Move request.
* Standard installations for a Home Move are free, and this is the case for the majority of our customers. Non-standard Home Move installations may cost extra and will be established by our engineer on the day of the visit. For more details of what might constitute a non-standard installation please see our Home Move FAQs. Third party charges may apply for Broadband and Talk. Please note that this online booking service is not available in the Republic of Ireland. If you live in the Republic of Ireland, please call our dedicated team of advisors on 0818 719 893 to arrange your Home Move. The Home Move service is not available if you are moving outside of the UK and Republic of Ireland.
