Sky TV Subscription
Packages £21.50-£55.50 per month (pm).
HD availablity
HD channels received depend on your Sky TV subscription. Channel 4 HD, BBC HD, BBC One HD, ITV1 HD, Channel 5 HD and NHK World HD are available without subscription. Channel 4 HD and Channel 5 HD require a viewing card. ITV1 HD is only available in England and Wales.
Box set-up times currently average 7-10 days for new customers and may be longer for existing customers upgrading to Sky+HD (excludes Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, ROI).
Standard set-up of Sky+HD box with the HD Pack is free when you join Sky TV online (otherwise £30); free for existing customers with a new Multiroom subscription (otherwise £60 or £15 for Sky+ customers selecting self set-up).
Existing Sky TV customer: Sky Broadband set-up fees for existing Sky TV customers £60 for Everyday Lite, £30 for Connect or free for Unlimited. £30 set-up fee for Connect for customers without Sky TV.
Self set-up: Available to Sky+ customers for £15. Self set-up must be completed within 31 days of receipt.
Sky+HD box: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box unless taking the HD Pack. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household. Sky+HD box up to £199 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). A Sky+HD box can store an average of 60 hours of HD or 185 hours of standard definition programmes. HD ready TV required.
Sky+ box: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household. Sky+ box up to £199 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). You will receive a Sky+HD box which has all the features of Sky+ and can store an average of 185 hours of standard definition programmes. To view free-to-air HD content you need an HD ready TV. To view Sky HD content you will also need the HD Pack (£10.25 a month).
Sky+HD 1TB box: £99 for Sky TV customers taking their first HD package (£10.25pm) or existing Sky+HD customers adding Sky Multiroom (£10.25pm per box). Existing Sky+HD customers are entitled to one £149 box, additional boxes £249. New customers are entitled to one £149 box when taking with HD pack, any additional boxes thereafter or when taking without the HD Pack are £249. Standard set-up £30 for new customers and £60 for existing Sky TV customers. Non-standard set-up may cost extra.
Sky HD Multiroom Box: Sky HD Multiroom Box is the SkyHD standard Digibox (No PVR functionality) which along with a Sky TV and Sky Multiroom subscription (£10.25 extra a month) gives your Sky TV subscription in another room. First box free for new and existing customers when taken with a new Sky Multiroom subscription and paying for set-up. Limited to one free box per household (and not available to customers who have already received a free standard box) otherwise £49. Replacement boxes are £99.
You do not have to subscribe to Sky TV - available directly from Sky call centre (standard set up £120) - limited to one per household.

Sky Fibre Unlimited & Unlimited Pro: Availability subject to location and survey. £50 standard set-up. Not available to existing fibre customers except cable. Maximum download speeds: Sky Fibre Unlimited - up to 38Mb; Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro - up to 76Mb. Speeds vary by location.

30 day Broadband and Talk Satisfaction Guarantee: Available within the first 30 days of all your services being activated. Refund applies to subscription charges only (not set-up charges or non-inclusive call charges) and is pro-rated. Statutory rights are not affected. Not applicable if you change your package.
UK calls of up to an hour to 01, 02, 03 & 0870 numbers only (excludes Channel Islands, indirect access & dial-up internet numbers) with Sky Talk Weekends. Non-Sky TV Customers: Subscriptions £15-£40 per month. ESPN £9-£12 p/m extra (or standalone at £16). Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you unsubscribe.
Sky Go Extra: Sky TV customers only. £5 extra a month. 31 days’ notice to cancel. Register up to 4 Sky Go devices, concurrent viewing on two devices. Download selected Sky Go content via WiFi (Unavailable on Xbox 360). Content depends on your Sky TV package. Movies Pack required to download movies. Max 2 downloads per programme. Content deleted from device 48 hours after viewing starts or no later than 7 or 30 days after download depending on content.
Sky Go Extra Offer: Sky Go Extra available free for Sky TV customers for the first two months. After two months you will continue to receive Sky Go Extra at £5pm extra unless you call us to cancel at least 31 days before the end of the two month period. Offer ends 31.3.2013.
On Demand self set-up using own cable or wireless connector. ^Wireless connector costs £21.95.
Available to Sky TV customers with compatible Sky+ box. Downloading content requires compatible black Sky+ box and broadband connection (minimum recommended speed 2 Mbps). Downloads count towards any usage caps. Content depends on your Sky TV/HD subscription. Sky Store costs extra.
Sky Movies 1&2 or Sky Sports 1&2 required for Sky Movies or Sky Sports. Sky+ subscribers without Sky TV can access BBC iPlayer only. Downloadable HD content takes longer to start viewing. Entertainment / Entertainment Extra SD customers joining after 13 November will have access to boxsets on demand until May 2013.
To set up a Series Link from the Sky+ app or TV Guide online, a programme must be part of a series and a compatible black Sky+HD box is required.
Recording requests can be made via sky.com or using a compatible smartphone/tablet (uses 3G/Wi-Fi) with Sky+ app installed. Requests require up to 30 minutes notice before start of programme.
New Sky+ app features on iPad require compatible Sky+HD box with new Sky Guide connected to your home broadband and iPad running iOS 5.0 or later.

Introduce a Friend offer only available online. Your friend must live at a different UK address to you. You have up to 90 days to choose your reward once we have received your friend’s first subscription payment, as long as you are still with Sky.
Once chosen, we will send the voucher within 45 days, to the address provided when joining Sky or by email if you select M&S as your voucher. Offer not for Sky group employees or commercial use. Not available with any other offers.
