How can I get Sky Anytime?
You don’t have to do anything to get Sky Anytime if you already have a recent
Sky+ box or a
Sky+HD box and the relevant subscription,
as you will automatically receive this service. To see what's on, press TV guide on your Sky remote
control, followed by the red Anytime button
What will I be able to watch with Sky Anytime?
Sky Anytime will showcase up to 40 hours of some of the best programmes that Sky has to offer
each week. You’ll get a choice of entertainment, movies, documentaries and children’s
programmes.
Does the content I can view with Sky Anytime depend on my Sky TV subscription?
Yes, the content you'll see is determined by the package you subscribe to. To be able to view
a programme, the genre must be part of the Sky TV package you subscribe to and there must be an
active Sky+HD subscription. If you wish to upgrade your viewing package please select the
My Sky tab. Once logged in you can upgrade your viewing package.
For example:
• If the content is from the History Channel then the History Channel must be part
of your subscription package.
• In order to receive movies through Sky Anytime, you must have Sky Movies Pack 1
and 2.
I have a Sky+HD box without the HD Pack - what will I be able to watch?
Customers with a Sky+HD box without the HD Pack will only be able to access limited Sky
Anytime content. Available programming depends on your Sky TV/HD subscription.
Do Sky Anytime programmes carry subtitles and/or audio description?
Sky Anytime programmes and films with subtitles and/or audio description provided by the
channel will display them according to the settings you have chosen for watching live Sky
broadcasts. You can change these settings by accessing the
Services menu.
I've just had Sky+HD installed. How long do I have to wait for Sky Anytime programmes to
become available?
With Sky Anytime, a selection of the week's best TV is stored on your Sky+ or Sky+HD box. It
will not affect your personal storage space and is updated daily. Usually the Anytime listings are
full and up to date after approximately one week.
What do the availability dates mean?
Sky Anytime content is only available to watch for a certain time. The available until date
shows you when this period expires, after which you will no longer be able to watch the listed
programme.
