Sky Multiroom: €15 pm per box. Provides same Sky TV channels as main Sky TV subscription on another box. To receive HD Pack channels on your Multiroom box you need a Sky HD box an HD Pack subscription (only one HD Pack subscription required per household).
Sky Box Office: Sky Box Office content costs extra. Pay per view charges apply. SBO 3D requires a 3DTV and Sky World HD subscription. Cable service may vary.
Remote Record: Use sky.com or a compatible device. Requests require up to 30 minutes notice before start of programme.
*On Demand: Available to Sky TV customers with compatible black Sky box. Downloading content requires broadband connection (minimum recommended speed 2 Mbps) and self set-up using own cable or wireless connector (€12.99 - limits apply). Downloads count towards any usage caps. Content depends on your Sky TV/HD subscription. Sky Store costs extra. Sky Movies 1&2 or Sky Sports 1&2 required for Sky Movies or Sky Sports. Sky+ subscribers without Sky TV can access BBC iPlayer only. Downloadable HD content takes longer to start viewing. Some live TV programmes will be unavailable (go to - go.sky.com). iPhone (3GS or above), iPad, iPod touch (4th generation or above) require iOS 5.1 or later, and available on selected Android devices with OS2.2x to OS4.2.1 (excluding 3.x). Sky on your Xbox 360 requires Xbox Gold Live subscription. Sky TV Customers: Selected live channels and on demand content available in line with your Sky TV subscription at no extra cost. Sky Go Extra: Sky TV customers only. €6 extra a month. 31 days’ notice to cancel. Register up to 4 Sky Go devices, concurrent viewing on two devices. Download selected Sky Go content via WiFi (Unavailable on Xbox 360). Content depends on your Sky TV package. Movies Pack required to download movies. Max 2 downloads per programme. Content deleted from device 48 hours after viewing starts or no later than 7 or 30 days after download depending on content.
Sky boxes and set-up
Sky+HD box: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box unless taking the HD Pack. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household. Sky+HD box up to €149 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). A Sky+HD box can store an average of 60 hours of HD or 185 hours of standard definition programmes. HD ready TV required. Standard set-up for customers is €30 for a Sky+HD box taken with the HD Pack. Non-standard set-up may cost extra.
Sky+ box: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household. Sky+ box up to €149 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). You will receive a Sky+HD box which has all the features of Sky+ and can store an average of 185 hours of standard definition programmes. To view free-to-air HD content you need an HD ready TV. To view Sky HD content you will also need the HD Pack (€15 a month). Standard set-up for existing customers is €60. Non-standard set-up may cost extra.
Sky+HD 2TB box: €49 for existing Sky TV customers taking their first HD package (€15pm) or existing Sky+HD customers adding Sky Multiroom (€15pm per box). Existing Sky+HD customers are entitled to one €149 box, additional 2TB boxes €249. €249 for any existing customer who received a discounted 1TB box. New customers joining Sky TV with the HD Pack are entitled to one €149 box. Any additional 2TB boxes thereafter or when taking without the HD Pack are €249. Standard set-up £30 for new customers and €60 for existing Sky TV customers. Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Sky+HD 2TB box provides 1.5TB of personal storage and 0.5TB of storage for On Demand Showcase content.
Sky HD Multiroom Box: [Only available with multiroom subscriptions]. Sky HD Multiroom Box is the SkyHD standard Digibox (No PVR functionality) which along with a Sky TV and Sky Multiroom subscription (€15 extra a month) gives your Sky TV subscription in another room. First box free for existing customers when taken with a new Sky Multiroom subscription and paying for set-up. Limited to one free box per household (and not available to customers who have already received a free standard box) otherwise €69. Replacement boxes are €99. Set-up is €100 for existing customers. Non-standard set-up may cost extra.
Sky Broadband
Broadband product availability is subject to location. Sky Talk (including line rental) required. Speeds vary with location and line quality. External factors such as internet congestion can affect speed.
