Frequently asked questions

  • Can I get Caller ID on my landline?

    Yes. Caller ID can be activated on a line if requested.

  • Can I keep my existing number if I switch to Sky Talk?

    Sky can help you keep your number if you are transferring your telephone service to Sky Talk.

  • Will I get a new phone bill?

    When you take Sky Line Rental with Sky Talk, both your line rental and calls will be added to your Sky TV bill.

  • Can I rent telephone handsets from Sky?

    If you are renting handsets from your current provider you will be able to transfer the rental to Sky, just as with any other call features. You will not be able to set up a new handset rental with Sky.
