Setting up Sky Go parental controls

  • You can set parental controls with Sky Go, restricting content based on its certification to ensure peace of mind when your children are watching Sky TV online. Follow the steps below to set up parental controls with Sky Go.

    Sign in to Sky Go.

    Enter the Settings menu.

    Select Parental Controls.

    Enter your PIN when prompted. If you haven’t yet set up a PIN, you will be prompted to do so.

    Tip: If you have forgotten your PIN, you can get a reminder by selecting View/Edit Profile from the settings menu and following the instructions provided.

    Select the certificate level at which you would like a PIN to be requested. All programmes above the certification you selected will also be restricted. For example, if you restrict 15 rated films, you will be asked for your PIN to view films rated 15 and 18.

    Select Save.
