If you cannot connect to the internet through your FetchTV, you should first check to see if you can connect through another device, such as your home computer or a games console.
If you can’t get a connection on your second device and are a Sky Broadband customer, check our Service Status page to see if there are any known problems with Sky Broadband. If there are issues listed on this page, our engineers will be working on resolving the problem, so please try again in a few hours. If you are not a Sky Broadband customer you should check with your internet provider.

If you can get a connection on your computer, games console or other device, turn off your FetchTV box and switch it back on again. If you are still experiencing connection problems, there may be a fault with your FetchTV box. Please contact the manufacturer for more details.
