If you have downloaded Sky Go for your compatible mobile or tablet device, you should check that
you have a version of the device that is compatible with the Sky Go app.
If you are trying to watch Sky Go but are unable to accept the terms and conditions, try closing
the Sky Go application an re-opening it before trying again.
If you receive the error message “device limit reached” when trying to watch Sky Go, this is
because you’ve reached the maximum number of devices registered to your Sky Go account.
If you are seeing the error message “subscription lapsed” when trying to watch programmes with
Sky Go, this will be because you no longer have a valid Sky TV subscription.
If you are seeing the error message “Not subscribed to this channel” when trying to watch Sky
Go, check that you have linked your Sky iD to your Sky TV account.
If you can’t hear any sound when watching Sky Go, check that you haven’t turned your device onto
mute, as this will also turn off the volume for Sky Go.
