How do I sign up to Sky Go?

  • If you’re a Sky TV customer, signing up to Sky Go couldn’t be easier. Follow the instructions below to start watching Sky TV on your computer.

    • I don't have a Sky iD

      Visit Sky Go and select Sign Up.

      Enter your details on the Sky iD creation page.

      Note: If the username you’ve requested is not available, we will provide a list of alternative suggestions

      Confirm that you agree to the sky.com terms and conditions by checking the box, then select Submit.

      We will send an email to the email address you provided for validation purposes. If you would like to use your email address to sign in when using Sky Go, open the email and click on the “Validate this email address” link.

      Fill in your account details in the relevant text boxes (you will need your Sky viewing card number for this), then confirm that you agree to the Sky Go terms and conditions.

      Press Submit to complete your registration.

    • I already have a Sky iD

      Go to www.skygo.com and select Sign In.

      Enter your Sky iD username and password in the relevant boxes then select Submit.

      Note: If you have forgotten your username or password, follow the Forgotten your username/password link for a reminder.

      You will be asked to accept the Sky Go terms and conditions. Check the box next to “I have read and agree to the Sky Go terms & conditions” to confirm you agree to these, then select Submit.

    And that’s it – you’re now ready to watch Sky Go on the move!
