If you haven’t already linked your Sky iD to your Sky TV account, you will be prompted to do so the first time you try and watch a programme on Sky Go on computer.
Follow the link provided, enter your account details into the relevant text boxes, then press Submit. Alternatively, you can link your Sky iD to your TV account now by signing in to the Sky Go website and selecting the Settings menu. Select Link TV Account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
