Sky Anytime+ is currently only available to customers with Sky Broadband in a Sky network area
(all customers with either Sky Broadband Everyday Lite or Sky Broadband Unlimited). This is to
ensure that we are providing the best experience for our customers, as we can guarantee the quality
of delivery on our own network.
If you do experience any issues, we have visibility of the complete end-to-end service and can
diagnose problems with your Sky box as well as the network, that may affect Sky Anytime+, and be
sure that we can resolve your problem.
We may roll out the service to other broadband providers, but only when we can satisfy ourselves
that we can deliver a comparable end to end customer experience with other providers.
