I'm seeing an unavailable message - what does this mean?
If the 3D channel is not available at certain times, you will see a message on your TV screen telling you that the programme is unavailable to view - for example, when a pay-per-view movie is being shown.
-
I'm seeing two images side by side when I watch Sky's 3D channel
If you attempt to watch this channel on a normal 2D TV, or do not switch your 3D-ready TV to the correct mode, you will see two images side by side.
-
I'm seeing a blue screen
The Sky 3D channel is only available for certain periods during the day, normally between 9am and 1am. At other times, a plain blue screen is displayed.
From time to time the broadcasting hours might change slightly to fit scheduling requirements.

My 3D glasses are broken/no longer working
Active glasses will occasionally need to have their lithium battery (similar to a watch battery) replaced. If you do lose or break your glasses, please contact a TV retailer for a replacement.
-
I can see a picture on my 3D-ready TV but it's not 3D
If you can't see a Sky 3D picture on your TV, the correct picture format for the 3D TV might not have been selected, or you might need to adjust the settings of your 3D glasses to work with your TV. Our step-by-step guide can help you configure your 3D-ready TV to enjoy Sky 3D.
-
I can't access interactive services on the Sky 3D channel
At present there is no interactive facility on Sky 3D broadcasts. This includes interactive features on Premiership Football coverage and any red button interactive functions.
