What to do when switching from cable

  • If you are switching from a cable provider, you may need a new phone line, which will be confirmed when you place your order. We will also write to you confirming all details of your order, including your engineer appointment dates if required, or the activation dates.

    We recommend that you cancel your services with your cable provider to coincide with the activation dates for your Sky Talk and Broadband to ensure that there is no disruption to your services.
