How do I track the progress of my order?

  • We’ll contact you at every stage of the set up of your new service, but don’t forget you can track your order and view your bills through your My Sky account with your username and the password you create when you first log on.

    Should you ever forget your password then follow the ‘forgotten your username and password?’ link at the bottom of the My Sky login screen.
