Do I need to tell my current provider I am leaving?

  • If you are moving from cable, you will need to inform your current provider. We recommend you cancel your services with them to coincide with the activation dates for your Sky Talk and Broadband. This will ensure there is no disruption to your service. If you are switching from other providers, i.e. BT, 02, Talk Talk, Sky will take care of this for you.
