Accessing Sky Talk Voicemail Plus

    How to use Sky Talk voicemail (1571)

    Sky's Voicemail Plus gives you instant access to your messages. You can use any phone or even sign in to sky.com to listen to your messages and stay in touch wherever you are.

    • How to activate Voicemail Plus

      If you are new to Sky Talk, you will have the option of adding Voicemail Plus when you are placing your order.

      For current Sky Talk customers please contact Sky customer support by visiting our Contact us section and follow the links on the page to either email or phone us for assistance.

    • Accessing Voicemail Plus from another phone

      You can use any telephone to catch up with your messages. To do this, follow these simple instructions.

      • Dial your own phone number.
      • On hearing the Voicemail greeting, enter your PIN.
      • Follow the same options as above when accessing from your own phone.

      You can set the following personal options:

      • Record your personalised greeting message
      • Change your PIN

    • Accessing Voicemail Plus from sky.com

      If you are a Voicemail Plus customer, and your Sky broadband, calls and line rental are provided over Sky's own network, then you can also access your voicemails online.

      1. Sign in to your My Sky account via the sky.com website.

      2. Within the Account Summary section, you will see any new messages you have. You can also access this from the My Broadband section, under 'Voicemail.'
