Caller display help

  • To ensure that the caller display facility is switched on, dial the code *#234# (press the star button, then the hash button, then two, then three, then four, then the hash button).

     

    If the facility is active, the message 'Caller identity' will be displayed.

     

    If the facility is not active, dial *234# (star button, two, three, four, hash button) to activate the service.

     

    If your service is provided over the Sky Voice and Broadband Network you will need to contact customer services to activate Caller Display on your line.

    • Troubleshooting Caller Display

      If you are having difficulties with caller display, please try some of these troubleshooting tips.

      Make sure you're using the right equipment
      Check that your phone is able to support caller display. To do this refer to your phone manual or check with the supplier or manufacturer of phone.

      Move the caller display unit
      If your caller display unit is separate from the telephone base station the location can affect this service. Try using your telephone at least one metre away from the cordless telephone base station.

      Disconnect other equipment
      If you have other devices attached to the same power socket as your phone, try unplugging these to see if the caller display function returns when there's nothing else plugged in.
