    • Troubleshooting call waiting

If you're having problems with this service, please try the following tips.

      Remove additional devices
Try removing any additional devices, such as the microfilters supplied with your Sky Broadband box from the telephone line. Disconnect all but one of your telephones, if you have more than one in the house, and try activating the feature again. You should hear the confirmation message if this has worked.

      Reconnect additional devices
Try plugging your other devices in again, one-by-one. If you test the service after adding each filter, telephone or other device, you should be able to work out which one is causing the problem.
