Call diversion help

  • This service lets you divert calls to another landline or mobile number, meaning you never miss that all important call.

    • Divert all calls

      1. Press * (asterisk), 2, 1, * (asterisk), followed by the number you want your calls diverted to.

      2. Press # (hash).

      3. You will hear the number you have chosen to divert calls to. If this is incorrect, press # (hash) after the dial tone or a single high pitched tone, indicating the call diversion has been set up correctly.

    • Divert calls on no answer

      1. Press * (asterisk), 6, 1, * (asterisk), followed the number you want your calls diverted to.

      2. Press # (hash).

      3. You will hear the number you have chosen to divert calls to receive your incoming calls, If this is incorrect, press # (hash) after the dial tone' or a single high pitched tone, indicating the call diversion has been set up correctly.

    • Divert calls when your phone is engaged

      1. Press * (asterisk), 6, 7, * (asterisk), followed by the number you want your calls diverted to.

      2. Press # (hash).

      3. You will hear the number you have chosen to divert calls to if your telephone is busy. If this is incorrect, press # (hash) after the dial tone' or a single high pitched tone, indicating the call diversion has been set up correctly.
       

    • How to cancel call diversion

      If you want to cancel call diversion, there are various options available.

      Cancel call diversion when all calls are diverted to another phone

      If you would like to cancel call diversion when all phone calls are diverted to an alternative phone, please do the following

      Enter # (hash), 2, 1, # (hash).

      You will then hear the following message:
      "Call Diversion is cancelled. If this is incorrect press # (hash) after dial tone."

      Cancel call diversion when all calls are diverted when the phone isn’t answered

      If you would like to cancel call diversion when phone calls are diverted when the phone isn’t answered, please do the following.

      Enter # (hash), 6, 1, # (hash).

      You will then hear the following message:
      "Call Diversion on no reply is cancelled. If this is incorrect press # (hash) after dial tone."

      Cancel call diversion when all calls are diverted when your phone is engaged

      If you would like to cancel call diversion when phone calls are diverted when the phone is engaged, please do the following.

      Enter # (hash), 6, 7, # (hash).

      You will then hear the following message:
      "Call Diversion on engaged is cancelled. If this is incorrect press # (hash) after dial tone."
