Anonymous caller reject help

  • Anonymous call rejection rejects calls where the caller has withheld their phone number. Calls that have originated from another network will not be rejected even though their telephone number is unavailable.

If you're not sure how to use anonymous call rejection, these helpful hints should help you get started.

    • How to activate

Dial *227# (press the star button, then two, then two again, then seven, then the hash button).

You'll hear the message "Callers who withhold their number will not be able to phone you" or a single, long high pitched tone to confirm activation.

    • Cancelling the feature

Dial #227# (press the hash button, then two, then two again, then seven, then the hash button).

You'll hear the message "Callers who withhold their number will be able to phone you" or a single, long high pitched tone to confirm deactivation.

    • Check the feature is activated correctly

Dial *#227# (press the star button, then the hash button, then two, then two again, then seven, then the hash button).

You'll either hear a confirmation message, a single long high pitched tone when the feature is enabled or a lower pitched intermittent tone when the feature is disabled.
