If the green light on your router is flashing, but you can't see any web pages, then you need to
check your web browser settings. Your browser settings can sometimes slow down your web browsing
and cause your internet connection to keep dropping.
To check your browser's connection settings, follow the instructions below for the latest
versions of the four most common browsers.
If you don't have the latest version of your browser then we recommend you update it. If you
use a different browser then take a look at the
Help menu for your browser - it should tell you how you can check your browser's
settings.
