If you use Windows or a Mac, you can enjoy 24/7 Sky Broadband technical support online and on
the telephone. We provide support for wireless enquiries if you are using a Sky Broadband wireless
router.
Minimum requirements for PCs
- Operating System: Windows 2000, XP or Vista
- Memory: 64MB (Windows 2000) or 128MB (Windows XP)
- Processor: Pentium compatible 133 MHz (Windows 2000) or 300 MHz (Windows XP)
- Hard drive space: 100MB
- CD ROM drive
- Browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
- Wired connection: An Ethernet port is required
- Wireless connection: 2.4 GHz wireless adapter or wireless card is required
- A vacant USB port is required if a Sky Wireless Adapter is purchased
- The Sky wireless adapter is a device that plugs into your computer and allows you to access the
internet through your Sky wireless router. It plugs into the external USB port of your PC and
allows you to access the internet from your computer without cabling

- Operating System: OS X v10.2.6 (Jaguar) or later
- Memory: 128MB
- Processor: 266MHz Power PC G3
- Hard drive space: 100MB
- CD ROM drive
- Browser: Safari
- Wired connection: A vacant Ethernet port is required
- Wireless connection: Apple AirPort
- The Sky Wireless Adapter is not compatible with Apple Mac computers
