Setting Up Additional Email Accounts

  • Sky Email gives you ten "@sky.com email addresses" so everyone in your home can have their own account, meaning you won't have to wade through a shared mailbox to find messages meant for you.

    If you're the Sky account holder, you can easily set up additional user profiles for other members of your household. Additional users can't make any changes to the Parental Controls PIN, change your Sky Player access or manage other additional users’ accounts, so you can be sure that your household can enjoy all the benefits of Sky services safely.

    • Setting Up An Additional Account

      To set up additional accounts, please follow the steps below:

      • Sign in to your My Sky account, under Edit My Sky Profile select Manage Additional Users
      • Select Set Up An Additional User
      • Follow online instructions. Once completed, select Next.6. Complete fields marked with an asterisk(*)
      • You must select ‘terms & conditions' box after you have read and understood them
      • Select Submit to complete the process

    • Sky Email and Tools Account

      To create a Sky Email and Tools account follow the simple steps below:

      • Sign in to www.sky.com/tools with your new user details
      • Select Get Mail. Ensure that you tick the terms and conditions box after reading
      • Select Next. After a few minutes, Select Go To Mail, and your Sky Email account will be created
