Mail Switcher copies contact addresses while Mail Fetcher copies email messages across to your Sky Email account. You can use one or both of these tools, in any order you want.
Visit https://etools.sky.com/mailswitcher where you will be asked to sign in if you aren’t already.
Simply click the Yahoo! icon. Next, enter your Yahoo! email address in the email address field.
In addition to .com and .co.uk, international domains of Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL and Live should also work though we do not test or support these. So if you have an old Email account ending yahoo.au, hotmail.ca or similar we would encourage you to try to copy your contacts to Sky Email as it will probably work.
Yes, you can copy your contacts lists to your Sky Email account. All you need is your username and password that work on the post-migration Virgin Media email service. If in doubt, give it a try!
Yes, by clicking the MSN icon you can copy your contact list from your Hotmail, Live or MSN email accounts.
For these Email service providers it will be necessary to do the switch manually by going to the
old email account and creating a CSV file containing the contacts. Next sign in to Sky webmail,
select Contacts then import and upload the CSV file. Once this has been completed, you will then
need to access your Sky Email Inbox and select “Contacts”. In this page, select “Import” and upload
your .CSV file.
As soon as your contacts list has been copied to your Sky Email account, Mail Switcher no longer needs your password so it's forgotten immediately.
