To protect your privacy, select a password that others cannot guess and change it regularly. To
change your password, sign in to
www.sky.com/mysky.
Your password must be at least 7 characters long and contain letters and numbers. It cannot
start with a number, contain your username or the word 'password'.
Never tell anyone your password, and change it immediately if you think someone else may have
discovered it. Never send it by email -if you receive an email asking for your password, even if it
appears to come from Sky, it is fraudulent, Sky will never ask for your password.
