How to check what package you're on

  • If you're thinking of upgrading, or want to check which TV packs and products you have, you can check your subscription at any time. To find out which channels are in the TV packs go to the Sky customer shop

    • Check your current Sky package on your 'My Package' page

      For a full overview of all your Sky services, including details of your current Sky TV subscriptions, go to your My Package page.

      1. Sign into your My Packages page.
      2. To access your My Packages page you will need to have Sky iD account. If you don’t currently have a Sky iD account, visit the create a Sky iD page.

    • Check your current Sky package online

      1. Sign into My Sky.
      2. Select Bills and payments from the My Account section.
      3. You will see the details of your current Sky TV subscriptions and your Sky Talk and Sky Broadband statements, if you subscribe to these services.

    • Check your current Sky package on your TV

      Please remember that you can't upgrade your Sky Broadband and Talk packages using the interactive service.

      1. Press interactive on your Sky remote control.
      2. Select Sky Active.
      3. Select My Sky account.
      4. Select Manage my account.
      5. You will see the "Welcome to your Sky statement service" page. Press select to connect online.
      6. Enter your viewing card PIN when prompted to view your account.

      Your Sky Box must connected to a working telephone line to access your Sky account.
      To select items in the Sky Active menu, use the direction buttons on your Sky remote to highlight the title, then press select, or use the number keypad to select items from a numbered menu.
