When you've placed an order for Sky products and services, you can monitor its progress online
or, if you already have Sky TV and you're upgrading or adding services, through your TV. Any orders
that are unfulfilled will appear on the order tracking pages, along with estimated delivery dates
and any notices.
We may use this service, for example, to notify you that Sky is still waiting for the return
of your old equipment, or that there is a problem with your order.
You can use this service as often as you like during the countdown to your new Sky
installation or upgrade.
