How to track your order

  • When you've placed an order for Sky products and services, you can monitor its progress online or, if you already have Sky TV and you're upgrading or adding services, through your TV. Any orders that are unfulfilled will appear on the order tracking pages, along with estimated delivery dates and any notices.

    We may use this service, for example, to notify you that Sky is still waiting for the return of your old equipment, or that there is a problem with your order.

    You can use this service as often as you like during the countdown to your new Sky installation or upgrade.

    • Track your order online

      1. Sign into My Sky - if you don't have a Sky iD, you can register on that page.
      2. Follow the Track Your Order link in the My Account section. You will see details of any Sky orders you've placed, along with estimated installation dates and other information for specific products.

    • Track your order on your TV

      1. Press interactive on your Sky remote control.
      2. Highlight Sky Active and press select.
      3. Highlight My Sky Account and press select.
      4. Highlight Track My Order and press select.
      5. Follow the instructions that appear on your TV screen - you will need your viewing card PIN (the number you use to access Parental Controls and other services).

      You can now track your orders using a safe, secure and free connection.
