Sky Sports
We're sorry you are thinking of downgrading from Sky Sports. Before you make your decision, we want to make sure you’re getting the most out of your subscription.
- Sky Sports 1 and 2 gives you access to four Sky Sports channels and Sky Sports News, all available in HD to our HD customers, giving you exclusive live coverage of football, cricket, rugby union and golf. To see what’s coming up in the Sports pack see our highlights page.
- If you have Sky Sports 1 and 2 you can now take Sky Sports with you on the move with Sky Go. If you’re out and about you can catch all the live sporting action on your laptop, iPhone or iPad (find out more about Sky Go).
- We will soon be launching the new Sky Sports News app for the iPad, bringing you in-depth information on all the major sporting stories at home or on the move. It also allows you to catch up on all the detail without having to interrupt your sports viewing experience. When watching your favourite match or game you can get more detail than ever before through the exclusive real time content.

Sky Movies
We’re continually working to help you enjoy Movies more and more.
- Sky Movies has more of this year’s latest blockbusters on TV than anyone else. See the latest premieres on the Sky Movies site.
- If you’re a Sky Broadband Unlimited customer with dual Movies, you could have hundreds of movies on demand direct to your Sky Box, through Sky Anytime+ (compatible box required).
- You can also watch movies on the go with Sky Go.
- We have also launched a Sky Movies app which will allows you to search for your favourite movie and remote record it to your set top box.
- To make it easier for you to find your favourite movie, we sort our movies into seasons. Go to our Seasons area of our site to see what’s coming up.

Sky HD
There are lots of ways you can get more from your HD Pack:
- We’re constantly adding new HD channels at no extra cost to you– for up to date information on new HD shows and channels – see our HD highlights page.
- One HD Pack subscription at a cost of £10.25 extra per month now covers your whole home so if you’re a Sky Multiroom customer with the HD Pack, you’ll be able to enjoy all the Sky HD channels you currently have on each SkyHD box you have in your home that has a Sky Multiroom subscription.
- Our Sky TV HD Pack offers the UK’s biggest choice of HD channels, with over 50 available depending on your subscription, so there is something for all the family.
- Sky World HD customers have access to the latest 3D content and Movies from Sky.
- If you have Sky Broadband Unlimited, download movies and programmes to your Sky+HD box through Sky Anytime+.

Sky Multiroom
We’re sorry you are thinking of downgrading Multiroom from your subscription. In case you reconsider, we’d like to remind you of what we’re doing and the current benefits of the Multiroom subscription.
- Freedom of choice: You’re not constrained to your living room, enjoy your Sky subscription in another room in your house giving you freedom of choice.
- Harmony in the home: Keep everyone happy and make the most of all the great content on Sky – with Sky Multiroom everyone can watch their favourite TV in different rooms at the same time.
- If you’re a HD customer one HD subscription extends to cover your whole home so if you’re a Sky Multiroom customer with the HD pack, you’ll be able to enjoy your Sky channels in HD on each SkyHD box you have in your home that has an Multiroom subscription.

Sky Talk and Line Rental
We’re sorry you are thinking of removing Sky Talk from your package. Before you make that final decision to downgrade, we’d like to provide some information that may help you decide.
- Sky Talk Freetime is included for our TV customers and gives you inclusive evening and weekend calls to landlines in the UK*. If you are currently on our unlimited package and need to save, we would be happy to adjust your service to Talk Lite.
- Sky Talk Unlimited is an extra £5 per month and if you make calls abroad this package can really help cut down your bills. We offer inclusive and unlimited calls to UK landlines* all day every day. It also includes free calls to 20 international destinations – for an up to date list of countries and scroll to the bottom of the page Call rates to UK Mobiles are also 20% cheaper than with Freetime.
- Sky Line Rental is great value and based on a standard monthly price it is cheaper than BT. You’d get one simple bill for all your phone charges as well!

Fibre broadband customer trials
To make sure we continue to offer our customers the most comprehensive range of broadband products possible, we’re trialling fibre optic broadband in some areas of the UK. If you’re in a household and multiple devices are used for heavy online activities or you are one of the few customers experiencing very low broadband speeds then fibre broadband might be the right product for you.
