You can introduce as many friends as you like. You can send up to four invitations at once. You'll receive a reward for each friend who joins us through Introduce a friend.
Yes, your name will appear on the invitation email they receive. You can preview the email your friend will receive when you’re creating their invitation.
You can go to Track & Redeem to see if your friend has joined us.
As long as your friend has joined using the unique reference code we sent them, you’ll be able to claim your reward as soon as their subscription is up and running. We’ll send you an email telling you that your friend has joined us.
If we have received your friend’s first subscription payment, and you haven't received an email about your reward, please contact us. Remember, your friend must have joined through the Introduce a Friend online process, using the unique code we sent in their email.
Once you've claimed your reward on the Choose a reward page, it'll arrive by recorded delivery within 45 days.
If you've claimed your reward and it has not arrived within 45 days, please contact us.
Unfortunately, there are currently no other rewards. You can only select the rewards currently offered on the Choose a reward page.
If you and your friend are going through the Introduce a friend process on the same computer, in the same sitting, this will cause problems. If your friend receives the email with the reference code to redeem their reward, on the same computer that you have just sent the invitation on, the reference code will be invalid. They'll need to close the browser and reopen it. Your friend can then enter the reference code on the page that is linked in their email.
Most people in the UK can receive one of our packages, whether it’s for TV or broadband. However, in some cases, we might be unable to install TV because of certain restrictions.
Your friend can subscribe to a TV or broadband package, or even a package that includes both.
Once we have the first payment for their subscription, they'll be able to claim their reward.
