Help managing your email newsletters

  • We offer a wide range of fun and informative email newsletters, all free of charge. You can add or delete a particular newsletter at any time, using the steps below. If you change your email address, or want your newsletters sent to a different address, you'll need to unsubscribe using your old email address and then resubscribe using the new one.

    • Sign in with Sky iD

      Sign into My Sky and follow the Profile & Settings link on the menu near the top of your My Sky homepage.

         

    • Set your email preferences

      Follow the Marketing preferences link in the Profile & Settings section, and you can ensure that you only receive the Sky eNewsletters that you're interested in.

       

    • Choose an email address for your e-newsletters

      Type your email address in the Change email address field. If you already receive newsletters, please use the email address that we currently send your newsletters to.
